Children: There is no extra charge for children under the age of 2 years. Meals and extra bedding are not included in this case. You can request an extra bed at 50 % discount.

Transfers are subject to weather conditions.


Rates
· All prices include taxes, and are expressed in American dollars.
· The rates are subject to change without previous notice. Please confirm rates upon reservations.
· There is no extra charge for children under the age of 2 years. Meals and extra bedding are not included in this case. You can request an extra bed at 50 % discount.
· Children from 2 up to 10 years old will receive a 30% discount off the lodging providing they share the same room as their parents.


Booking and Payment
To confirm a reservation you must do a downpayment (details informed upon booking).
· Depending on the availability and number of people in a group, upon reservations you may ask special conditions and services. In that case, we request that you pay a certain portion of your lodging 45 days in advance.
· Other services or consumption in our facilities or other facilities or services not served by our firm cannot be paid with the downpayment made for lodging. If passengers decide to leave the lodge before their reservation finishes, there is no refund of the downpayment. The payment is proportional to every reserved day. In the event of leaving before no money is refunded.
· In case of arriving more passengers than the requested reservation, the lodge will offer them its services according to the lodge's availability and passengers will pay the total corresponding to the services required. The lodge will not be held responsible of the nuisances that affect passengers by these cases. Any problem will be solve by the person or entity that booked the reservations. If the group decides not to stay the reservation due to the lodge unable of fulfilling group's requirement, the down payment will not be refunded.
· The down payment must be done to our current account which will be informed upon reservation. The reservation will be confirmed after sending a copy of the deposit by fax or money order or bank draft.


Changes
Changes to the confirmed dates could be done up to 10 days before the passenger's arrival and they will be subject to lodge availability.


No Show
In case of no show of passengers, the reservation will be held effective until midday of the following first day reserved . Then the lodge will assume the passenger's non presentation to the reserved remaining nights, being authorized to cancel the reservations.
· If the passenger arrives at the lodge after the reserved date, without having given previous notice, the lodge will make effective the reservation according to its availability, otherwise the passenger will assume the loss of the remaining reserved nights without right to the refund of the down payment.
· 50% of the down payment will be refunded in case the or the passengers cannot make use of their reservation because undrivable roads, accidents, or another similar unforeseen situation verifiable by both parts, giving notice of the situation at least until 19:00 hours of the same reserved day.


Cancellation
· A reservation can be canceled by fax or mail.
· 90 % refund of the down payment will be made if passenger cancel the reservation more than 15 days before the booked date.
· 50% refund of the down payment will be made if passenger cancel the reservation within 10 to 15 days before the booked date.
· There won't be any refund if it is canceled less than 10 days before the booked date.


Check IN/OUT
· Check IN from 15:00 o'clock onwards.
· Check OUT until midday.


Activities
· For reasons of force majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside the company's control the activities that are scheduled and offered in a certain program change, the activities would be made in different order or if it is impossible to carry out the activity, it will be replaced by another one of similar value.
· The activities have different degree of difficulty. If the company considers that passengers are not qualified to take part of the activity or may put in risk or compromise the whole group, the lodge will explain the passenger the situation and offer another alternative activity. If the passenger insists on doing the activity, the passenger must sign a document accepting full responsibility in case of accident or any injury.
· Consequently all the activities considered by the company of high risk, will have to be supported by a signed document by the passenger assuming full responsibility for any injury, accident, disability or death due to the activity risk.
