Lodge owner and family
The Avellano Lodge is located in
Ayacara village, a remote and quiet place of Chilean Patagonia,
province of Palena part of the Lake district, by the Pacific ocean coast.
The lodge is run by our family which has been living in Ayacara for four
generations and has been working with the lodge for the last thirteen
years. So you will have the chance to experience real home warmness and
kindness of a typical South Chilean family.
At the "El Avellano Lodge" we offer personalized service to our guests
and each one of us is in charge of what knows best to show you the beauty
of our land and surroundings.

Hilia Ruiz Pérez: She
is the owner, she is always looking after the small details which make
the difference, like all caring mothers do, offering the most personalized
attention to our guests.
Marcos Gallardo Ruiz: He is in charge of the reservations, booking
and promotion at the lodge. He is always willing to answer all your questions
and queries.
Gastón Gallardo Ruiz: He really enjoys guiding, unveiling our guests
the best spots in the Huequi Peninsula. He is also the host at the lodge
welcoming you at the arrival.
As we have been living on this land for four generations our family
history is part of Ayacara history, more than words let the pictures speak
by themselves...
